Real Estate Exam for the California Salesperson and Broker exams
There are many different ways to study for those exams. I find that there is no one way that fits all, both tests are hard, and the broker exam is 10 times harder than the salesperson. Although some prep companies offer classes that are more popular than others, we offer a study solution for the students who don't like the big class room and prefer a one on one approach or study by themselves. We can teach all prerequisite classes needed to be eligible for the tests as well as for the tests. Both test are broken down to about 15 main topics, there is no one book published that has all the information or the questions covered by the exams and if this is not enough some of the questions are written in such a confusing manner that you are likely to choose the wrong answer. Therefore we recommend studying all 15 topics and going over our extensive resource of questions similar to those used in past exams to help you prep.
