He holds a M.A. from UCLA in Anthropology: Linguistic, Cognitive, Medical, and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from Wm. Paterson University in Literature, Sociology. Additional professional accomplishments include being awarded the UCLA Distinguished Teaching Prize, and 20+ years in software development.
